About us
Festival Community Company is an independent pioneering arts, events and hospitality company based at the Beacon Centre in Sedgley. We have responsibility for all hospitality, catering and events at the centre and run what we call ‘Festival Community Hub’ which is a great space to meet, eat and gather! Whatever the event, we can create it for you!
We are seeking to grow our community outreach and work to bring people together, promote wellbeing and tackle loneliness. We want to live our mission of ‘fun, laughs and good times’.
Cafe Bar and Events Space
Our Café Bar (lots of nice bar snacks, toasties, omelettes and sandwiches) is open to the public Monday to Friday 9.30am till 2.30pm and our evening bar 7pm till 10pm. You’ll find us in Beacon Court, at the rear of the Beacon Centre, off Charles Hayward Drive. (Please park on the front by the Charity Shop).
Our ‘Main Space’ with a capacity of up to 120 in a variety of layouts, this is available for hire, for events, rehearsals, training, workshops, family celebrations etc….

- LOVE2MEET? – Monthly community live entertainment and food events. Tickets £10 (pre book only via phone/email)
- LOVE2WALK? – Weekly Tuesday Walks at 10.30am – meet in the bar then chat over a hot lunch!
- LOVE2TALK?– Weekly Thursday Coffee & Breakfast mornings from 10am.
- LOVE2CRAFT? – Regular Craft Events with ‘Hive of Craftivity’
- LOVE2SING? – Festival Community Choir (with a membership of over 100) meets Mondays at 7.30pm. All welcome, no experience needed! £5 per week.
